How Your Order Is Printed and Shipped
Each book ordered directly from Bellanova Books is printed on demand specifically for you — we don’t keep large quantities of pre-printed stock. This means your book is freshly produced after you place your order, which allows us to offer direct sales at this price, but it also means production takes a little longer than buying an item that’s already sitting on a shelf.
Production typically takes 3-5 business days before your order ships. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (where available) once your book is on its way. If you want to receive your order faster, please purchase via Amazon, which offers fast, Prime delivery. Of course, if you have the time, we do appreciate you ordering directly from us.
Delivery Estimates
Shipping times vary by destination and shipping method, and the estimates shown at checkout are our best guidance — not a guarantee. Delivery can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Customs processing in your country
- Severe weather or natural disasters
- Carrier delays
In rare cases, these factors can extend delivery by up to several weeks beyond the original estimate.
If you’ve chosen a standard/untracked shipping method, please allow up to 28 days from your ship date before contacting us about a missing order. If your order hasn’t arrived after that window, reach out to us and we’ll work with you on a resolution, which may include a reshipment at our discretion.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected separately by the carrier or customs authority.
Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
We’re glad to ship to U.S. military addresses. Due to carrier restrictions, orders to APO/FPO/DPO addresses can only be shipped via USPS, and delivery times may be longer than standard estimates.
Remote and Extended-Transit Locations
Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may take longer than our standard delivery estimates. If your order hasn’t arrived within 14-21 days of shipping, please contact us and we’ll look into it.

We currently ship to: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Spain, Germany. Free shipping is available on orders over $50.
