1. Products

We sell books in print and digital formats. Print books purchased directly from this Site are printed on demand by our print partner and shipped to you — see our [Shipping Policy] for details on production and delivery timelines.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by a pricing or listing error.

2. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (e.g. in cases of suspected fraud or stock/pricing errors). Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider (e.g. Stripe/PayPal) at the time of order. All prices are listed in [USD] and exclude any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient for international orders.

Because our print books are made to order specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. If your book arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, contact us at jenny@bellanovabooks.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

EU/UK customers: Under EU and UK consumer law, you may ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel an online order. Because our books are produced to order at the time of purchase, this right may not apply in the same way it does to off-the-shelf goods — but your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected by this policy. 5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including book text, cover art, site design, and branding — is owned by Jenny Kellett/Bellanova Books or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

You agree not to use the Site to: violate any law; infringe on our or others’ intellectual property; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; or interfere with the Site’s normal operation.
